CITY COUNCIL … The council plans to meet in a closed session to discuss the status of the city’s negotiations with various labor groups. The council will then hear an update on the city’s efforts relating to race and equity, including a recent assessment of the city’s workplace culture; review plans to undedicated a portion of El Camino Park to make way for an extension of Quarry Road; and consider listing 16 properties to the city’s Historic Resources Inventory.
