I love the Willows and have been here for 15 years. It is one of the few places remaining that allows a person to escape from the noise and (in my opinion) oppressive opulence of the surrounding communities. I fear that the “Facebookification” of the neighborhood may be inevitable, however.
You left out the Market on Willow Road as well as great places like Mardini’s, Menlo BBQ and Jonathan’s Fish and Chips.
You forgot to mention Peninsula School The alternative school for decades.
