FREE COMPOST, MULCH . . . BFI/Allied Waste is giving away free compost and mulch tomorrow from 9 a.m. until park closing at Bayfront Park, at the intersection of Bayfront Expressway and Marsh Road. Menlo Park residents are asked to bring shovels and containers and to be prepared to help themselves.
