SENIOR SERVICE EXPANDS . . . Avenidas' Senior Home Repair Program is now available to renters and homeowners in Atherton, Portola Valley, Woodside and Los Altos Hills, in addition to Palo Alto, Stanford, Mountain View, Menlo Park and East Palo Alto. Anyone 50 years or older is eligible to use the service, which offers experienced handymen doing minor carpentry, plumbing, painting, gutter cleaning, maintaining furnaces, installing deadbolts, at below-market rates.
