War is Devastation, Israel and Iran to blame for high oil

Original post made by a, Adobe-Meadow, on Jun 8, 2008

Israel and the U.S. anti-Iran War rhetoric is plain devastation for the U.S. economy. On Friday when Israel said it has plans to attack Iran, oil spiked to an all-time high and the Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped 400 points. The Asia Times reported a week ago that Bush plans to attack Iran by August.

Home prices keep falling, oil prices keep going up, unemployment keeps going up, consumer debt is rising, and Bush and Israel still want war. Are they suicidal? Is America suicidal? Are Americans suicidal? The arrogance these people have!

Attacking Iran is suicide on an economic and human life scale that will take the U.S. decades to recover from.

The blame for high oil prices lies directly with our gutless politicians who cave in to the ridiculous demands to prohibit development of domestic supplies.

Not attacking Iran is suicide on a political scale. Appeasement will catch up with us in less than a decade.

In the fervent hope that Shrub does nothing more in his time in office, whatever he does seems to have damaging consequences, intended or not...

Advice to the next President, re: Iran

1. Talk to them, let them know they will get the you know what bombed out of them if they don't stand down

2. After a decent amount of time in conversation, hit them militarily

3. Invite them to talk again, now that we have their attention

I hope we don't have to go past Step 1, a step Shrub and his minions rejected. If we do go to Step 2, it has to be followed by Step 3, as it was with Lybia in recent years, and other countries we have engaged in such a manner in prior conflicts.

Shrub needs a 12 step program, he has displayed no ability to do more than a one step military program, we don't need him to take any action before he leaves. This is one for the next administration to take on.

What is the big deal about Iran, it's Pakistan that has both Bin Laden and nuclear weapons.
