The lecture and Q and A are on YouTube.

He sounded very presidential with an impressive video. Worth watching in full.

LOL Bystander. I know you would vote for him. But he would be an even worse mistake than DJT.

I love the comment above - worse mistake than DJT. The Keystone Pipeline and other oil and gas producing efforts gave us energy independence and the ability to sell to Western Europe. Now Russia is the oil producing entity and holds Western Europe in it's hands. The US is now buying oil from Russia. The current administration is going backwards and undoing all of the progress for the last ten years. That directly affects the current news of the day which has huge tanks rolling across the frozen tundra in Eastern Europe.

So any one's opinion is mostly where they came from and how they translate their previous generation's problems as they came to America to avoid the problems from their original homes. Just creating that same set of problems onto the US.
We gave up the ability to help those nations stay warm, keep the lights on, and live a NORMAL life. Sorry - you cannot sell those choices.

I really never said I would vote for him. I did say it was worth listening to him.

I think it is worth being open minded on many issues and listening to various opinions before making up our minds on anything. We need to learn how to think rather than be told what to think. Any time I hear any politician speak there are are things I agree with and things I don't. We have to weigh these things up and decide for ourselves what we think are most important. I also think that it is important to listen to what the candidate says rather than just follow party rhetoric. Discussion and debate are a valuable tool, and listening involves paying attention to exact words rather than making assumptions.
