Great this field is there - I hope parks and green spaces can be protected from the endless creep of new housing and offices. Since I came 20 years ago a bunch of open spaces have been built over, much of this by well meaning advocates for "affordable housing", but housing costs now 5x what it did then. The problem is basic economics - the elasticity of demand for housing round here is almost infinite so however much you build you can't push the prices down.

So I vote to keep our parks and open spaces - kids need it to run around and adults to relax.
