A two-alarm fire is burning at a structure in East Palo Alto this morning, according to the Menlo Park Fire Department.

The fire was reported at 2722 Gonzaga St. at 10:21 a.m. and a second alarm was sounded at 10:31 a.m., fire Chief Harold Schapelhouman said.

The flames are not yet controlled.

  1. You didn’t really mean that, right? The Weekly posted the story online over an hour after the Menlo Park Fire Department responded to the fire which may very well have been reported via 911. The Weekly is doing their job – informing the public of the news of the day.
