Stanford's Castro picked No. 10 in Major League Baseball draft

Stanford arrived to play its three-game NCAA Super Regional series at Cal State Fullerton on Thursday in time to check the latest Major League Baseball draft news, which provided some good news indeed for Cardinal catcher Jason Castro. The junior was selected No. 10 by the Houston Astros, the second college catcher picked.
