Bioterrorism drill creates a 'race with death'

Approximately 15,000 attendees at a two-day JAMFEST concert at HP Pavilion in San Jose are in a literal "race with death" to be treated for deadly, highly contagious pneumonic plague. That is the crux of a statewide disaster simulation in Palo Alto today called the Golden Guardians.

Is this linked to the one going on tomorrow at JLS. The kids are all excited about it because they have been told they will miss some class time.
