City of Palo Alto Website taken down

Looks like the City is solving their web troubles by pulling the plug!
It was out 3+ hours yesterday, and is out again today.
So much for online library catalog access.

Don't know whether this is good news or not--but the website is functioning.
I did find this gem in the "Business in Palo Alto" section:

"Palo Alto's vibrant economy encourages businesses to periodically remodel or expand their buildings"

Which PA are they talking about?? Not this one. Any business that want sto remodel and/or expand has to go through the PA process--which includes the usual whining about too much traffic and having to have everyone put in their two cents worth.
