wheelchair

Original post made by riley, Leland Manor/Garland Drive, on Feb 22, 2011

I give money to a very nice african american man in front of Whole Foods. He is not always there, but he is nice and quiet.

The other side - there is a rather large man that stands there with a sign saying "Hungry" - lately he has been rolling a wheelchair near the store, walks a round for a bit then comes and sits in his chair. He is quite rude to people. I have seen this man walk about town without the wheelchair.
I guess this is his new ploy.

I know who you are talking about - it is not Frost. The man's name is Frank or Fred, something like that. He says rude stuff to people who do not give him money and has a whoopie cushion. Totally obnoxious!
