Tosky wins prelim, then disappears from semifinal

Palo Alto High grad Jasmine Tosky won her prelim heat in the women's 200-meter butterfly on Monday at the World University Games in Kazan, Russia. Tosky's time of 2:12.24 earned her a berth in the semifinals that night.

Why would the headline of this article be "Tosky Disappears"? Does anyone really know why she didn't swim her semi race? Could it be that she's sick? Could it be an injury?

Come on PA Online Sports, you're starting to sound like The National Enquirer. This really shouldn't be a headline and shouldn't be reported as a "mystery"...

In an educated community we expect better journalism. This isn't middle school...
