Bystander is a registered user.

I think there should be a better definition of what constitutes a dog park. They should be more than just a fenced bit of grass which turns to mud when it rains and dogs and their owners don't like to use.

They also need to be in walking distance from the dog's home. It isn't particularly good exercise if the dog has to be driven to an off leash area.
