Very nice article about the merchants of Midtown. A lovely piece that is supportive of that retail community.

It would be nice to see similar support for the businesses along California Avenue.

I seem to notice that the Palo Alto Weekly is doing a terrific job high lighting some of the small independent Palo Alto businesses that contribute so much to a vibrant community.

I had a salad tonight at Mike's Diner, My belt was recently adjusted by Robert at Midtown Shoe Repair ( yes, I needed to make the belt smaller !) I met the owners of Taste Bud's Kitchen when I was still operating the Milk Pail Market, and lastly, Tim Foy of Midtown Realty is the most honest and quickest minded realtor in all of Palo Alto ! Go visit him as you are walking past Midtown Realty to get a Baskin Robbins ice cream !

Midtown in Palo Alto is a jewell of a local asset ... support it with a smile.
