Having a local, high quality, craft brewing company, "watering hole" and place to comfortably hang out on the Peninsula is such exciting news to find out about, especially when so many comfortable spots have been torn down and replaced with ugly, cold, and sterile metal and glass buildings that just aren't warm and inviting. I love the California Spanish influence to the architecture of this new building, which makes it feel "resort" like and homey. Can we get more places like this in Palo Alto, please? Menlo Park is becoming my go-to city as they are doing something right with the quality of business and restaurants they are attracting and/or maintaining. (The City Planning Department should take note that the public wants more spaces to hang out in that aren't stupid crazy expensive, difficult to find parking at, and uninviting!) This will become a bi-weekly or more often hang out destination for us. <Insert HAPPY DANCE!!!>

Palo Alto Weekly Holiday Fund
For the last 30 years, the Palo Alto Weekly Holiday Fund has given away almost $10 million to local nonprofits serving children and families. 100% of the funds go directly to local programs. It’s a great way to ensure your charitable donations are working at home.
