Our family accidentally turned up at one of these trivia nights about a year ago. It turned out to be a fun time for our adult family and with the mixture of ages we felt we did OK. Pub quizzes are often very competitive, but can be good for the amateurs too. If you go in a larger group, you can divide in half and just compete against the other half of your group.
