Ex-Apple engineer charged with theft secrets for autonomous systems

A former Apple engineer was indicted for theft of trade secrets related to autonomous systems, such as those used in self-driving cars, federal prosecutors said Tuesday.

Sad. A foreign national was trusted with Tech IP…and he wasn’t worthy of being trusted. I assume he is a Chinese national since he flew on a one way ticket to the PRC. I hope if he ever tries to set foot in the U.S. (or other countries where the U.S. has extradition agreements) that he will be immediately arrested and returned to the U.S. to face charges for this crime.
