CITY COUNCIL … The council plans to meet in a closed session to discuss a recent appeals court decision in the case against the city from Hamilton High LLC and to discuss labor negotiations. The council will then hold a study session to discuss proposed changes to gas, electricity, water and wastewater rates and approve the financial plans and rate schedules for the electric and gas utilities.
