A man was killed by a hit-and-run driver Sunday morning on Ralmar Avenue in East Palo Alto. Officers found a 64-year-old unconscious man on the driveway of a residence.

Not one iota of video? At 10:00 in the morning? Nobody awake, nobody with their camera pointed at the assailant? A hit and run of this magnitude, with the loss of a life, and nobody knows anything? I find that hard to believe.
