The link below is a heart wrenching documentary of the VTA 522 hotel on wheels between Palo Alto and San Jose. I wonder how many elected officials on the VTA board have seen this or better, ridden the 522 at night along the El Camino Real. Surely a citizen of 6 on the Board would and could relate from purely a human level.
