Neither Rosen nor Khan is tough enough to address the spike in property crimes throughout the county. Rosen is the tougher of the two. But still nowhere near tough enough.

It's so frustrating reading about the crimes committed while out on parole, awaiting trial etc. and the light sentences given to repeat offenders if that. "Oh, gee. If only he'd stalked 3 other women, maybe we could have charged him with a felony."
