Alleged stalker of Apple CEO agrees to restraining order, gives up firearms

A woman who allegedly stalked Apple CEO Tim Cook, at one point taking a cross-country drive to find him in his Palo Alto home, has agreed to the terms of a three-year permanent civil restraining order.

So besides having to stay away from Cook and Apple for 3 years, what charges have been made and what penalties/sentence will she get or years of harassment that cost Apple $650,000 in added security costs??

This type of behavior has a psychiatric description: erotomania. I have read one novel and several online articles about people who demonstrate this behavior. The persistence and the insistence of the people who have this delusion are truly frightening.
