I'm disappointed you didn't ask us to rate the performance of our local health care institutions like Sutter/PAMF, Kaiser and Stanford. I guess we should also be rating CostCo, Safeway. CVS and Walgreen's since they had to pick up the slack.
Also rating the state and county systems would have been good.
Joe Smitian deserves high praise for providing TECH support to the county's computer and phone sign-up services.
