Is there a way to report this without repeatedly use "older" woman? You provided her age, 71, and could easily refer to the woman in the car as the female "thief" or "passenger" for clarification. If you don't refer to other females in stories as young, middle aged, older, old, perhaps your rules need a rethink. This is mentioned in the friendliest way possible, btw. I relate, you see.
