Having traveled to several 3rd world countries over the years, I have had to have and show proof of vaccination for other diseases.
The likelihood is that we will need some form of vaccination proof for several years for many countries. However, for domestic travel and for other countries where vaccination is doing well, these should not last for indefinite time frames.
