The disparate impact of actually prosecuting these crimes will be awkward. Most of these felons robbing and killing have already been released without penalty for a multitude of other prior offenses for.... reasons.

It is sad that this type of expansion of hate crime laws is necessary. Sad but indeed necessary.
However, I would like to see expansion of prevention of all types of crimes. We are suffering under increased crimewaves regarding thefts, Amazon deliveries, bicycles, catalytic converters, car breakins, etc. etc.
For some reason, crime is getting worse. I am pleased that the Baskin Robbins robber was caught. We need to get more of these criminals caught and prosecuted, and there must be more deterrants to make these types of crimes not worth it.

I am so sick of hate crimes. It is my will; I would make capital punishment for such crimes. In college, I researched this topic and concluded that only real rascals do such violations. If you are interested, you can also read on Web Link about this topic. We cannot tolerate such an attitude towards people; the guilty must be punished.

#We cannot tolerate such an attitude towards people; the guilty must be punished.
But when we have 'people of color' also perpetrating these hate crimes towards other people of color, how are you going to fix that?

Yes. Black on Asian hate crimes are becoming more prevalent and white supremacists are becoming the fall guy for these repeated incidents.
The NAACP and BLM movement should address this issue.
