At-risk man reported missing from East Palo Alto

Authorities are seeking the public's help in locating a man last seen in East Palo Alto on Monday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Some counties have a service providing radio locater bracelets to people with medical conditions which disorient them and cause them to wander. It is called Project Lifesaver, and is very effective and pretty inexpensive.
