Police release sketch of bicyclist who robbed woman last month on University Avenue

Police on Saturday released a sketch of a man suspected of grabbing a woman's purse and dragging her several feet last month on University Avenue in downtown Palo Alto.

Shades of Montclair. Way too many felons wandering the streets.

I agree "centralcasting". Not entirely, but certainly a byproduct of California legislation that led to decriminalization and reduced sentencing and consequences for even repeat offenders. It's time to focus greater accountability on the people who commit the crime, and should be in this case if the perpetrator fits that category. Fair but accountable. The revolving door in the justice system for repeat offenders is ridiculous.
