Palo Altan Nate Saal is behind CocoTerra, a device that uses algorithms, hardware and a smartphone app to transform cocoa nibs, milk powder, cocoa powder and sugar into chocolate in about two hours.

Love this idea and can't hardly wait for this to become publicly available! Very cool tech and a super creative idea! It sounds like a thoughtful concept and the ability to create a custom blend to fit taste or dietary desires is so great! No mention of the timing for when this is released...??!! I need one!
