Kansas takes control early in hoops win over Stanford

Stanford never recovered from an early deficit and dropped a 72-56 decision to visiting Kansas in a men's basketball contest before 6,582 fans at Maples Pavilion on Sunday. Oscar da Silva scored 19 points to lead the Cardinal.
