While I am glad to see an agreement in place for a five year lease extension I agree with Cormack when she says:

"I just can’t begin to say how disappointed I am that it's going to take us many more years to make even minor progress on redesigning Cubberley"

I realize that any positive expectation in this area is unrealistic but her point is well taken.

Who currently own 525 San Antonio and what lease arrangements are in place there currently?

Cormack has shown herself a surprisingly ineffective council member on Cubberley. She created a lot of distrust at the end of the design process with a set of housing options that had never been thoroughly discussed in the meetings. And she apparently took her eye off the ball on the City's next steps. I'm not impressed with her political sense.
