The report that CeCi Kettendorf refers to about Vice Chair Alcheck is at Web Link and was just released. I found it a frightening expose of what really goes on in city hall. CeCi is right that Alcheck does not belong on a city commission.

...The Council Members who voted to approve Mr. Alcheck's appointment as Commissioner the SECOND time around were: Fine, Kniss, Scharff, Tanaka, and Wolbach.
Shame on them.

Ceci is indeed right that Mr. Alcheck must go -- as anyone who watched him so rudely and appallingly berate residents who bothered to show up at PTC to express their opinions knows.
