Family fears for safety of missing disabled woman

A 20-year-old East Palo Alto woman with learning disabilities and a medical condition disappeared six weeks ago, leaving her family worried about her safety. They are asking for the public's help to locate her.

Is there a photo without a hat? It's very hard to see anyone well when a hat shades their face and hides their hair.
