Since wealthy business interests have decided that ECR is a "transportation corridor", how about if we pass a business tax that will actually build a real transit corridor there-- specifically, build a VTA light rail extension from downtown Mountain View up ECR to the Palo Alto/University Ave transit center? Remove parking, keeping 3 lanes of traffic, and putting light rail down the median?

Big tech is making plenty of money off of all the congestion and pollution they cause in town. Time for them to give back.

Yes. I see and hear whiners, but I've yet to see any solutions that do not involve some part of this.
