Why can't KIPP just stay where they are? There are classrooms there they can use - I heard there was one they have that they aren't even using. The district and board are way behind the curve on this one. Everybody should stay put for a year while the district figures it out. KIPP will be fine.

The fact that Pulido keeps pointing her finger at Belle Haven as the place for KIPP to go, speaks clearly that she, Sharifa and Gloria have something against this school.
I am so relieved that they do no longer hold power, otherwise, Belle Haven will be gone by now. I wish they would have been board members when they closed the CDC for my preschoolers. Back then no one made decisions in the best interest of the students, only in the best interest of Gloria and the majority of the board members.
Thanks to the speaker who brought up the point about Pulido not being able to vote on issues related to the architects who funded her and other incumbents campaing. I hope she gets the message, but at the same time I doubted, she has no morales.

I agree if Cesar Chavez does not have anymore students enrolled, the school is not really closing. It makes sense to send KIPP there. I do not know what is the superintendent's big fuzz about that. She is used to have her way even if it meant to hurt emotionally our students. She has to start learning that now the majority she will not always have her way because the other the majority of this board is not corrupted.
