'Performance Art' via social media?

With a proficient CAA (court-appointed attorney) the burglary/robbery charges could eventually be dropped as it can be argued that she was simply 'borrowing' the cellphone as a performance medium. An 'illegal entry' conviction (a misdemeanor) is likely to be handed down with a resultant penalty amounting to a few weeks in the county jail + a fine. The key to limiting any conviction would be for the CAA to disprove any added DA charges of 'endangerment' in regards to the homeowner/resident.

After that it is 'showtime' and an opportunity to maximize on one's '15 minutes of fame'.
