"Groupon spokeswoman Julie Mossler told the Weekly at the time. The 40,140-square-foot building would be able to accommodate about 300 workers, she said."
This calculation reveals estimating 135 sq ft per employee - a big disconnect with the 250 sg ft per employee estimate used by the city of Palo Alto.
Palo Alto - time to update the way you address parking calculations!

Enough! Tired of these Internet companies coming in and plundering our area. There are many people here doing necessary jobs who do not get paid Tech salaries. Hanging on by their knuckles. Enough is enough! Go away! There are other places you can build your Internet companies. Richmond Virginia. Texas. They all want to be destroyed by tech. Go gentrify those places. Just go away. PLEASE.
