Bottle Rocket Sarah Palin Is Back

Original post made by A Boomer, Another Palo Alto neighborhood, on Jan 22, 2016

John Oliver was hosting the Daily Show when Jon Stewart was on leave, and he had a snippet which basically said "We should just ignore her." His language was more colorful, but he made a great point.

Back in the limelight, this time incoherently endorsing Donald Trump and typically bashing Obama. My already low regard for Trump dropped several pegs that he agreed to be on the stage with this idiot.

I lean Democrat most of the time, but I lean competent all of the time. I am becoming increasingly disappointed and cynical about people who run for high office--the good people don't want to put up with the crap and scrutiny, leaving the likes of Sarah Palin to think it is entertainment, not governing. Lust for attention, lack of understanding of what the responsibilities of high office entail.

Palin said that one could see Russia from Alaska, which is true. She said, that as governor of Alaska, she had to deal with the Russians. She was ridiculed by the left.

Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama hit the 'reset' with Russia. And Putin ate their lunch. Palin would probably have done much better.
