As a long-time volunteer and part-time employee in Ravenswood, I think this is a great step forward. The 6th to 8th grade students are all spread around in small groups at K-8 schools, so there is not the opportunity for a variety of electives that are offered to students in Palo Alto and Menlo Park. Ravenswood Schools are getting better every year, and this is another sign of the good things to come.
