Home Weight Loss Training for Palo Alto Residents

On the advice of a friend, I recently tried getting a personal trainer to help me lose weight and I just wanted to share the experience in case others might be interested. I have struggled to lose weight for years and about 3 months ago a friend mentioned she has been working with a trainer who comes to her home twice a week.

I liked the idea of not having to go to the gym so I tried it and it has been incredible. Ann (my trainer) shows up at my door and keeps me accountable with a great workout. I can't explain how much easier it is to stay on track when there's somebody else like her keeping me motivated. I've lost 24 pounds since working with her and will continue. I am so grateful that I asked her what I can do to help her and she said just to share my experience thus I wanted to post. Having a trainer absolutely changed my life and if you are interested in trying it out she will give anybody I refer a free first session right in your home or apartment (After that she is super affordable at just $30 for 30min or $50 for 60min).
