We'd like to make sure the pros get their due credit. This project would not have been possible had we not hired landscape designer, Monika Kafka of mscapedesign and All-Points Construction, who did the pool demo and full landscape construction. Monika envisioned and designed a well-planned, modern outdoor living space in 2012 when there was a large unheated pool covering most of the yard. Although we used Houzz extensively for ideas, materials, and decision-making throughout the ten-month construction process, this project would not have happened without her eye for design and professional expertise at the start.
