There are so many places exactly like Southgate along the border of California-Oregon!!! Affordable places for young people to live. It's easy to buy a house along with the 4 adjacent houses. So easy to live in one house and rent the other 4 houses out!

@Ione, I don't know where California Avenue intersects Oregon Expressway.
