For $1.5 million, 3-4 gorgeous, brand-new 2-story houses can be bought in Vacaville. Santa Cruz and Dublin have relatively inexpensive beautiful homes as well!!!

There has been an exodus of middle class folk from PA to San Ramon and Dublin. Schools are better, have a lower ratio of students to teachers. Houses are newer, nicer, bigger and have REAL back yards with room for play equipment.

Wish I had known this when my kids were in school.

Not to be overly snarky...but you know it now. What is stopping you from moving?

So easy to complain and blame others or circumstances. In the end, you are in control of your own happiness and you can decide ton take action to make things better for yourself!

Don't miss out on the discussion!
