One person sustained major injuries in an early morning solo vehicle rollover accident on U.S. Highway 101 in Mountain View, a California Highway Patrol Sgt. John Carman said.

CHP received reports of the crash in the fast lane of northbound Highway 101 just south of Ellis Street at 3:43 a.m.

Officers found a heavily damaged silver SUV overturned in the fast lane and debris scattered across the lane, Carman said.

  1. Cell phones don’t “cause” crashes..geez. That is like saying cars cause crashes, or guns kill people, or ..well, you get the point.

Millions of us drive with cell phones all the time, and we don’t crash.

Even more of us drive cars, and we don’t crash.

Crashes are caused by either something beyond your control ( a tree falls on you) or by your own carelessness…
