Stanford happy to still have Luck on its side

The Stanford football program somehow survived without Walter Camp, James F. Lanagan, Andrew Kerr, Pop Warner, Tiny Thornhill, Clark Shaughnessy, Chuck Taylor, John Ralston, Jack Christensen, Bill Walsh and Tyrone Willingham -- some of the most successful coaches in school history. And now the program will discover what life is like without Jim Harbaugh.

Correction. Buddy Teevens and Walt Harris were hired by Ted Leland, not Bob Bowlsby. Bowlsby hired Harbaugh and Dawkins. Bowlsby is a smart, clever man. He'll get it done
