Head-on crash closes Dumbarton Thursday night

The Dumbarton Bridge was closed in the westbound direction Thursday night (Dec. 16)following a head-on collision near the bridge's high-rise section that severely injured at least two people, according to the CHP.

Who was the wrong way driver? Was he or she drunk? And how did they onto the bridge heading in the wrong direction?
