Bookkeeper pleads no contest to embezzlement

The woman charged with embezzling $140,000 from Roger Reynolds Nursery & Carriage Stop in Menlo Park pleaded no contest Tuesday (Nov. 30) in San Mateo Superior Court.

Shameful, shameful. I hope there are funds left so she can make restitution, for the good of the nursery. That is a lot of money for a business of its size to have lost.
