qq has been "tweeting" out public safety information he hears on his scanner for a long time now.

qq is providing a very valuable public service that out local government refuses to do.

Thank You so much qq for your diligence and selfless contribution to public safety.

The police helicopters are not airborne as this hour of the night otherwise they would have been used.
