I noticed they put goats out there to eat the weeds. Were they put there after this fire?

I heard about this on the radio and then noticed the report about the accident snarling traffic right opposite that area. Was there any connection? What was the fire, you mentioned updates but they never came?

The brush fire was a minor blaze on the northbound side of Highway 101, south of the Oregon Expressway exit. It was quickly extinguished by Palo Alto firefighters. The crash occurred later in the afternoon on Highway 101 (southbound) near San Antonio Avenue. The incidents were unrelated but both caused traffic back-ups, especially the crash, which involved four vehicles.
